When Emma thought that Walsh is back, she said: „Hang on. I‘ve almost finished.“ So her work is more important for her than Walsh. But when she and Hook were on a date, she didn’t do her work as the sheriff. She stopped chasing Will and focused on the date. (Sorry for my bad english.)

I think the episode was called "The Jolly Roger" Smee and the crew had got Hook a woman but once they were out the door, he paid her and told her to say they had a grand time

Well it clearly didn't work, cuz that's pretty much the first thing he tried to do when he found her... But because of the whole memory thing it didn't work.

sorry but her "okay" at 1:13 was so carefree and chill. it's like - okay, leave , that's fine. I'm thinking about Hook/ Regina anyway. Just made me laugh. :)
What confuses me is how Emma knows that she has a superpower. Like before she went to Storybrooke she had no idea that she did, so if Regina replaced all of those memories, then how did she ever figure it out?
The only reason I couldn't really get into the show is because of all the damn time lapses. In one episode ten years will go by and all the kids will be grown but their parents never freakin' age! It's confusing and weird.
