I started doing drugs years ago as a teenage, got addicted to cocaine. Spent my whole life fighting cocaine addiction. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my mom recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them

Thanks for sharing your story. That's rough I sympathize. Save your health save your mind. Life is better without heroin, cocaine, alcohol and cigarettes. And you have more money in your pocket. Best way to describe cocaine is like jim carey putting on the green mask and its party time, and then post nut clarity is laying somewhere you shouldnt be, nose bleeding , heart pounding full of regret and sorrow

Not 1 week but 2 weeks w/o money, eating eggs a, avocado and tuna going to the pawn shop to pawn my tv and home theater just b/c the night before I blew all my money in a strip club having sex & getting high. I have been doing this for quite a long time & I hit rock bottom. I am 2 days away of getting my paycheck and this time im going to save my money for a trip that i will be doing in 10 days to spend Christmas at my parents house. It has been enough for me.

I hate going going a month or two clean whether it's alcohol or blow. And then my brain tells me I deserve a drink or two or even a bump. It's truly a struggle every day. Family has really truly helped. I am lucky.

Thank you for sharing. This is what I needed to learn. My ex bf was addicted to coke and I did not know. I found that he was seeking hookers and massage parlours while dating and living with me. Instead of immense anger your confession enables me to have empathy for him and his addiction. His addiction to coke and sex destroyed our relationship. He became a different person.

I know you’ve probably heard this before, but consider therapy if you haven’t. I’m not an addict or recovering addict, but I am someone who understands what you’re describing in terms of suppressing difficult life experiences. I honestly think everyone struggles with that to one degree or another, but when it feels almost unbearable, as though it will always haunt you, it’s time to consider talking to someone. It helped me. Not a cure all, but gave me tools to cope after I stopped therapy. I wish you the best. Peace.

@tomd1434 no way!!! Everytime ive gone to a therapist they want to put me on an anti depressant. Which is another drug. Im not depressed. Also put me in danger of be forced to take anti deppresnts. Ive luckily been smart and got my way out of it. Just hecause i have regrets doesnt mean i need therapy. Those were just mistakes i made in my 20s. I find solice in God and prayer.

Same but with amphetamine paste, then I got diagnosed with add and got prescribed pharma grade amphetamine so I got hooked a second time and started taking more than I was recommended. I stopped it all because it ruined every aspect of my life and the medical treatment was not for me. I only take psychedelics occasionally because they help me long term and it is the best high imo, other than that I live sober except alcohol when I am at a club/bar. With stimulants you never get enough and they suck the life out of you when you come off, think about all the nasty body load, sweating, paranoia and all the side effects. We romanticize the experience because of addiction. Stimulants also made me a person I was disgusted about and it took a while to recover mentally.

@oskwi4579 i feel for you 💔 to piggyback off your story my poor cousin. What a sad saga his life has been all due to stupid doctors and their legal drugs. He was a hyper child and was diagnosed with adhd. Which i think mostly is bullshit excuse to put a child on drugs. He took Ritalin as a child then took cocaine as a young man (another stimulant) battled with crack cocaine to this day. Hos brain chemistry has been messed with his whole life ! He doesnt know what normal is :/ . Just because they have DR. In front of theor name dont let them control your body.

I can relate, I’ve been 2 months clean but once I get a tiny bit inside me, I’m buying a lump and I’m off to find a hooker, once with the hooker, because I don’t want the party to stop, I end up spending anything from £400-£800 plus more coke. Time of my life when I’m there but once I leave, and look at my bank balance, the reality sets in. It’s like being in a car and there is somebody else driving, they don’t have a seat belt on, don’t know where they are going but have there foot firmly on the accelerator. You are sitting in the back of the car wondering what the F is actually happening. Coke truly takes everything away from you and leaves you broke, suffering menta illness, depression, shame, sometimes you can loose your house, friends, relationships and family. They don’t call it the devils powder for no reason. Stay blessed and stay clean people ❤❤❤

True story, Best friend was going to get a car in another state, I just happened to be with em, an when he went to cash the check his parents gave him to go purchase the car to sell, on the note as the bank said they required something before they would cash it, he put "Hookers & Blow".

I was told to try it in rehab. I didn't. Haven't done stupid stuff for many years. Weed nearly 8 years. Still have a beer every 2 weeks. Now I have new addiction, the internet. Coupled with the reoccurring gambling slots habit (which I have learned is like cocaine to the brain) I am broke and stay up all night watching videos. Its not booze and drugs so I have let it slide. I feel foolish because something that I could control has gotten past my defences. I can't let it go. I'm some kind of crazy person that gets a glimpse of himself through the reaction of others. I miss what I threw away. You don't get it back.

I do appreciate this bro. I am in a hole now. But I think we need to sympathise with women too. The ones who are also doing this with us, they get dragged into it even further because they can sell their bodies where we can’t really. I quit doing Cokke in 1995. Was a shorter like yourself and had similar carnal desires. Then I started using IV cokke. OH. MY GOD. I went from an insane mindset to full tilt insane violent psychopath. I couldn't be near any living thing. If anything made the slightest noise, I was convinced it was out to get me. I'd sit for up to 2 days on a binge, in the middle of the floor doing it every 5 minutes until I either ran out, or I'd flush it in the toilet because I thought I was going to die. There was no 'putting it away' if it was there I was going to do it all, even if it cost my life. I was so scared of noise or sounds, I'd turn off anything that made noise, including the AC and unplug the phones. It was the craziest time of my life. I haven't touched it even once since 1995. I don't know how I quit. It just happened one day I had bought some and was about to do some. I made up 20 syringes and put them on the table. I got distracted by s Then about 30 minutes passed and I had forgotten about it and noticed it sitting there

I lived the opposite life I guess, only been with 1 woman my wife for 37 years and now im 56. I only did coke a handful of times at parties, but i really liked the taste and feeling of it. It was scary how much i liked it because i could see myself doing that drug a lot I could drink all night on that. I guess I was lucky because i never had a real dealer just did it when it was around. sometimes I think about what it would be like to sleep with lots of other women and doing coke and partying all night. I know it would be the wrong thing and after watching this I am sure it would be, I just need to get rid of the thoughts. I also downloaded tiktok a month ago and had to delete it. It was almost as addicting as coke. Anyway Thank you for posting this to help me realize I am not missing anything, and I am sure you are helping a lot of people.

There is always one question that I have for recovering addicts. When you look over your life and evaluate ALL the experiences that you had with drugs (the awesome, the good, the bad and the ugly)...If you could go back in time to that very "first" moment when decided you use drugs, the moment you opened the door that changed your life, would you make that exact same choice again? And is there any part of you that still "in love" with the drug experience/ life ?

That’s actually a super good question and a super hard one for me to answer. Would I like to go the all of the trauma pain heartbreak and loss I’ve been through absolutely not! But without my addiction I wouldn’t have had to push to work on myself as much as I did. If I wasn’t an addict I dont think I would have touched any of the inner work I have done on myself. At the end of the day I feel stronger but I had to go through so much pain in order to get here…..

I'd easily have said no if I could go back in time. Created a 20 year long addiction to various substances. Suboxone saved me from painkillers eventually. Coke and alcohol and benzos were different. I also lied to people, wasted close to $500,000 at least. Got arrested, lost 2 jobs early on but managed to make a lot of money to the point I should be rich but was always on the breadline due to addiction. At the start I used hookers and a ton of Viagra and drank in bars. After getting married I never cheated but used to be much more isolated. Sit in the driveway on my own in the car telling her it was an important business call. It has highs but extreme lows and id trade it all. I hear now they're putting fent in everything and anything so I'd probably end up dead. Thank god I was born 30 years earlier or I'd be a statistic.

Before I was arrested and had to quit, I was addicted to weed and hookers. I would get high all day on marijuana and have sex with Asian prostitutes at massage parlors even though I wasn’t on cocaine, I know what the struggle feels like to be addicted to a drug. I would smoke pot every single day and have sex with prostitutes at massage parlors until I got arrested, and I was forced to clean my act up I haven’t smoked weed in nearly 2 years and I’m actually doing pretty good not getting high but I’m not saying I don’t miss it. It’s just that there comes a time when too much is too much

The only problem with that is that one beer will lower your inhibitions just enough to say you can have a second beer, and then after two beers your inhibitions are even lower which tells me you can have a third and a fourth and then that's how it snowballs. I've heard of it happening Time after Time after Time again from alcoholics. If anything you should just do some kratom or some marijuana

Im 21 I paint road lines. The only way I know how to differentiate paint flakes and snow flakes in my carpet is the snow smears and shines rather than chip and sparkle. Gonna figure out a way to come up with $400 in the next 5 days to pay rent because I blew my check on this shit so I know I’ve let it get too far already. How the hell did you make $50-$60k in a month? I just about get by.
