Each stops that you showed, they ask everyone who wants to step off the bus? is there a signage for their own bus stop?

Driver stops bus at each and every stop for whoever wants to step out (they give more than enough time for passengers to come down from upper level and step out) and then they take passenger who wants to hop in. Yes, there is a Hop On Hop Bus stop signs at each stop plus where ever you step out that's the same spot you come and hop in the bus. It is a very well managed bus tour.
