How much the pain ......Jagjit Ji, where are you !!! You both lost your dear son in an accident.... how much the pain... you both.....and you poured it in these verse. Hope and Someone is somewhere... I always listen it when I found myself alone......Uff!!!
No matter how many times I listen to this album, always cry😭😭 . Lots of emotions come together. Listening them since teenage years and yet no one could win my heart the way jagjeet and chitra ji did.💓💓
"Hope" and "Someone Somewhere" are two of the greatest albums of Jagjit Singh and Chitra ever. Absolutely beyond this world. One can feel the pain, despair, sorrow and hope in the voice. Lyrics, composition, music..Just incredible!
Actually these both the albums were designed for a single duo lp album but due to death of their only son Vivek these both were released as different albums
@@kirandhakal738 yaa Ecstasies is the best duo album ever with complete contribution of Sitar and Guitar 💖💖💖 and Mirage is also amazing. My mom bought that album specially for the title song of the tv serial Sailaab 😅😅😅

I was a teenager in mid 80s when I listened this first ... I am 59+ today. Excellent Lyrics. Worth listening , again and again ... Still the same feeling of peace, bliss, ❤, fond childhood memories , detachment, listening this album, even after 40 years .. 🎉 Blessed - Thank you Chitra Ji & Jagjit ji. - Hitesh Merchant, Mumbai ❤😊
I love last one since I used to hear in cassette player. Kabhi yun bhi aa meri aankh mein. Loved Jagjit Singh's voice when I was kid. My daddy is a great fan of his Gazals
Jagjitji and chitraji's voice is so melodious that just listen to the ghazal..they can sing their own composition very well and the listener becomes engrossed ..
According to me this album is a complete album of the duo which leaves some questions on our mind, depicts our life, present situation and can read our mind
Some time expressing your self is difficult but Ghazal like this do reflect character in You as life is taking away from You. Each & every word has meaning of Life in this Ghazal ..
His (Jagjit Singh's)sudden demise has told upon my heart so intensely that I become helpless to contain my tears not to drop out from eyes! The pain is constant and incurable.
Aise hizar ke mausam kab-kab aate hai, tere ilaawa yaad humein sab aate hai, I must want to dedicate that above ghazal to my teenager''s friend Anupma, from sector 29 Faridabad, and even I am." Sonu Deepak, from Kapurthala, Punjab.
