I think you didnt get it fully. She loves twice thats whe she can use his quirk. Its the other villains she cant use the quirks of (all for one, shikaraki and dabi). Thats why her clones also cant use their quirks. Twice didnt have that issue but since its toga using twice's quirk the clones are also bound by the love thing

@@pmdaentertainer9575 yes because it’s taking him 3 episodes to escape Gunga villa and counting. He blew away endeavour NUMBER 1 hero , ripped his whole arm off ripped his whole chunk of stomach off within half an episode -10 mins in his OLD body. So the power scaling is really OFF.

@Smokeybob-sz6be at the end of the day, it is like 50v1, and the heroes planned accordingly to keep AFO it's only now that AFO can make his escape and do some damage because there's chaos on the battle field. It's harder to fight like 50 people who know the majority of your abilities and have a plan to keep you at bay

@@pmdaentertainer9575 there is no excuse at all. If the show claim this is “ PRIME” all for one, the man who terrorised Japan for so long only All might could fight him. How is these kids doing what all might did? It makes 0 sense for all for one to rewind in a stronger body and become weaker. He was fighting number 1 AND 2 hero with ease in his old body.

ACLARATION: Toga cannot use the quirks of his friends, because he must love them deeply. If a talk no jutsu ends up happening, it is for Uraraka realized and will make her see that there are still people willing to give everything and that will make her stop, earning this respect like hero/ rival but for her people will continue to be horrible until the end. Remember this for the cap 20

The two war arcs? And the show’s about to come to a close soon. Not sure if this is gonna be the final season and they end it with a movie on some AOT type beat. But it should be over soon
