According to NAPO he said Mahama father send his son to free education while Mahama father can afford to pay fee's but he is Rich and can afford to pay his children's school fee's and Nana Ado won't send his child or even grandchildren's to Ghana free education bcuz they can pay fee's. My question here? If their free SHS is good, why can't they allow their children's and grandchildren's to school some. The constitution laid down the plan for progressive free education. If any govt doesn’t realise that foundation and preparations at stages are required for the eventual successful implementation of the various stages then that govt is not fit to implement any stage of the plan including the free SHS stage. Akufo Addo was political opportunist who saw the free SHS as a vote winner and not a plan in the constitution to bring quality 2nd cycle education to Ghanaian children. The reason incoming govts do not complete projects started by outgoing govts is the money making surrounding procurements. This is the area where ministers make their corrupt moneys. The 10% kick back paid by successful bidders mean any incoming govt want to give their own fresh contracts. Continuing previous govt’s projects mean no 10% kick back in old contracts for the new govt. Even depts within same govt like to award their own contracts for their own 10% cut, ask Ursula Owusu why she awarded own contract for biometric system for SIM cards instead of using the NIA’s captured biometrics for the Ghana card?
Allan is not different from any Npp person. Because if Allan knew he has any good thing for Ghana he should have planted the sugarcane for Komenda Sugar factory to operate. And also if he did not like what Akuffo Addo and Npp was doing, he should have quit from them. Because they have already ruined his reputation.
Zito, your equalization only favors the Npp. The examples you both cite largely convict the Npp. It’s more prudent to hold the Npp government to account instead of targeting the NDC with stray bullets.
