This video was taken 15 years ago, the airport has changed/expanded quite a bit in that time. There used to be a pull-off spot on Brookpark Road, and the southern vantage point was right next to the fence near the runway. Today, you can park at the "100th Bomb Group Restaurant" for a great view outside or inside. I haven't tried to access the southern area since all the runway expansions, so I don't know if there's a convenient area to watch planes there.
