when i was twelve i went to Germantown in 2018 i was walking with some random kid ,my pops always said be on the block when the street lights come on and i didnt and i was walking with this random kid and a car puled down the street and started shooting all i seen was white flashes and a loud ass tire screech idk if anyone got hit that day but ik i was scared asf running at night thinking i might get killed it was my first time in Philly and it was in Germantown and watch out for kids who dont have parents theres alot of crash outs in that area
