Hope is found at the end of the tunnel. There is little love in this world, life is unfair, life rewards wrong doers, your pain matters, your nightmares matter, your trauma has a purpose, you are still standing despite your wounds, it couldn't defeat you. The world is cruel to good people. The only way to survive is to become a monster with a soft heart. At the end of the tunnel is sunshine, freedom, laughter, peace.
