The wet sand production line adopts GS16-30, with a sand mixing capacity of 20T per hour. The L251A vibrating conveyor sand-falling machine is used, and the sand-falling grille is 4000×1000mm. The S4313 fine hexagonal screen is used to remove the scorched earth in the old sand. The S8340 double-disc cooling mixer is used, which is equipped with stirring teeth, and the old sand can be pre-mixed during the cooling process. The entire production line is equipped with a pulse bag dust collector to remove the dead ash in the old sand and purify the workshop working environment.
