Kenneth, Thanks for posting this video. I can tell you favor the left side of the head when cutting hair. When I do this haircut and working the back part of the head, I always pull each section straight back and not over directing the hair to the middle or to the previous. Just straight back like you are pulling a drawer. To cross check you should see a square line. That will prevent you from point cutting it. On the top of the crown I pull back at at 90 degrees from the head continuing the line. That will prevent you from point cutting again. It;s all in technique .. Sassoon technique that is..
I like that he shows beautiful hair styling on older lady where you can see her gray hair and that she isn't a model looking person. The cut is rally nice and to be honest you all can see how it looks in the end. Most of you complaining that you can't see 'front' but is anyone start thinking that the 'hair owner' wish not to be seen?

Beautiful, clean cut. You can see how it flows and lays nicely at the end, during your blow dry. You do a very nice job combing and sectioning before cutting. Very clean. I've had my cosmetology license since 1985. 31 years. Something therapeutic about watching you cut hair. Its really nice. Thanks!
Dabney Fountain I had a cut just like this, before all of the products were available, right when blow dryers were marketed. It didn't need anything except to blow dry it backwards, let it cool, then gently comb it back and it stayed perfect, always. So, what I'm saying is, the end of the video is probably what the haircut really looks like, all told. It is a very good, precision haircut.
Came for the cut stayed for the music. For the first time I not only didn't mind the music, (I usually dispise music with the video, preferring to hear the cutting) but I may have preferred listening to the watching, although it was a nice cut.
