Hi! I started HRT @ 70yo. Estradiol patch and spironolactone. I’ve had no side effects other than occasional dizziness when I stand up too quickly. This is the spiro. I feel so happy and my wellness is more balanced since starting my transition 🏳️‍🌈

Am nearly 70..have been on HRT for 18 months & live in Wollongong, NSW..Am also intersex.Am finding this video very helpful as all my estrogen levels were were fine for 12 months (500- 700) then dropped to 70, over the last 6 months( I have a condition called Adrenal Insensitive Syndrome- does throw big spanner...in works) Can say, one needs to find a sympathetic endoncronologist- preferably female.Mine is male, highly qualified & is no longer ticking the boxes.Options in Australia, for " gender affirmation care'- are limited- especially in the current political/ religious driven climate.Hang in there.If 💯 % certain, that this is how you wish- to spend your remaining years....the journey- is worth it.I had to pass all the gatekeeper assessments, was long process + all the other stuff( two years of weekly electrolysis treatments/ finding a good GP & Phycologist) + the inevitable backlash socially / online.Can say, my life much better now despite the obstacles, placed in my path.HRT..while it worked- such a blessing. Am on 100 mg patches & t- blocker only.Will look at & ask for progesterone- to be included@ my next appointment.Do hope my comments help.Sincerely Reikki Kyra Jonsun.

You don't want to self meditate at all. These drugs have side effects that must be monitored for...like potassium levels

No you cant. Spironolactone doesn't feminize. It just block testosterone. As your testosterone level are already in the women range it will do nothing. I know spironolactone is prescribe for acnee in women and for heart problems. And also you cant take estradiol because youre hormones levels are already in the normal range.

You need to consult with your physician. In most cases, blood work is required. Spironolactone is actually a mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist used to lower blood pressure as a diuretic. It's a generic to a medication called Aldactone.

Feel bad for you. You should've just not followed your delusions and now you're basically decaying. Wait until those implants need service and you'll regret your decisions forever.

I started HRT(patches with androcure) late 2011. I can only confirm that progression of results is much slower after 40.. I had to drastically lower my expectations...
