Well i hope you saved Pulls because she IS in the spark shop for the Stultafera navis banner. If you can afford 300 pulls, you can just buy her from the headhunting contract store immediately.
Basically originium is used as the gunpowder, tachanka tried making gunpowder in terra with the available materials (because gunpowder doesn't exist in terra) and closure was interested in it. However terra laws of physics is different from earth so it works but badly. Closure is interested in this because if it is possible to make gunpowder, then the bullet market is going to crash because originium bullet is stupid expensive (which is where the Jessica joke came from). And you know what closure likes
The good news is if your account is THAT fresh you can just play through the tutorial on a guest account, get the first few Orundum from the newbie missions, do a few pulls (that you are normally supposed to do on the newbie banner) and if you don't get her, just toss the account and make another one until you get her immediately. That's the best way to "pick up a starter" anyway 😅 Oh and if you do, make sure you pick Liskarm from your free starter voucher that lets you pick between Liskarm, Pramanix, Silence and Project Red. She's not only a defender and will benefit from Horn giving 20% atk to all Defenders, she can also Frontline right in front of Horn and feed her more skill power :D
@@Jukantos Yeah. Fresh account is way better if you really want a certain character. You can just reroll till you get it. Or if you don't like to reroll, you still have A TON of free rewards from the stages.
It's normal to feel that way. Arknights is a gacha game so even if you don't get Horn now then you may still get her in the future. Luckily she is not one of the limited operators, who can appear only in certain banners, so you will have plenty of chances to get her either as off banner operator from another banner or you can wait for until she gets a rate up again. I'd say patience and effort can really pay off in a long run in Arknights. A single pull is 600 orundum. You can get 100 orundum from daily missions and 500 from weekly missions so 1200 orundum (2 pulls worth) in a week. Annihilation stages is one of the most important ways to get more orundum. At the beginning annihilation can provide up to 1200 orundum each week but the limit can upgraded to up to 1800 orundum each week. Combining the missions and annihilation allows you to get 4 - 5 pulls each week so roughly 16 - 20 pulls per a month. If you can afford the monthly card in Arknights, it will provide 6 originite prime but most importantly 200 orundum and a sanity potion (which will soon become even better) each day over 30 days. This means that if you log in every day while monthly card is active you'll be given 6000 orundum, equal to 10 pulls. Combined with the missions and annihilation this will be 26 - 30 pulls per a month. There are other ways to get more pulls, and event shops frequently have a few headhunting permits (single pulls) available for exchange to event points. Participating in events, playing each day, being smart and planning in long term and important if you want to save up for a certain operator. Just keep in mind that you do not need to get every operator right away after just starting the game. There are easily over 200 operators in the game so you can take your time to get to know them one by one. I hope you have a great time in Arknights!
@@Mizufluffy yo thanks for a lot of Info on gacha stuff. I dont know at the moment, how Annihilation works and how i can do it, but i am looking for guides.
@@ilyashutko9247 There are multiple annihilation stages, a few permanent and others in rotation. An annihilation basically has 400 enemies, and you are rewarded with orundum based on the number of enemies you can kill. The steps are at 100, 200, 250, 300, 325, 350, 375 and 400 kills. If you fail an annihilation then you'll be refunded sanity based on the number of kills as well. In addition to weekly orundum, annihilations also come with some nice first time rewards usually giving LMD, various resources and orundum based on the number of kills. The three permanent annihilations are Chernobog, Lungmen Outskirts and Lungmen Downtown. The one currently in rotation is County Hillock Countryside, and we should get a new annihilation in 5 days. If I recall correctly, the annihilation in rotation stays for about three months. You can access it through the Terminal (where the rest of the stages are available), and annihilation stages ("Weekly Deployments") are between "Supplies" and "Integrated Strategies" tabs at the bottom of the Terminal. If you can't see those yet then keep going further in the main story and I'm sure the game will let you know when you unlock it. In my case I see 8 tabs at the bottom and annihilation is 6th tab. It's good to keep in mind that although annihilation may feel difficult at first (and some stages are more difficult than others), it will reward based on the progress so technically speaking anything beyond 100 kills will give you at least some orundum. However, being able to kill more enemies (preferably 375 or 400) and able to clear more difficult annihilations (any Lungmen or rotation stage is good) reward more orundum per sanity spent, and are more efficient in that sense. In my case it takes 5 clears (400 kills each) in a rotational annihilation (5 x 25 = 125 sanity) to get 1800 orundum. On the other hand Chernobog gives about 260 orundum at 400 kills for 20 sanity. The difference isn't a lot with 400 kills clears but it becomes more notable if you fail earlier. This all may sound scary but we should soon be getting annihilation skip tickets which makes weekly farming a lot faster. Well, we still need to clear the stage first but it's going to be a huge time saver. In short: Do main story to unlock. Aim for 400 kills. Try to do each annihilation once for first time rewards. Try to get all orundum you can from annihilation each week. To increase the 1200 weekly limit to 1800 orundum per a week you need to clear a few annihilations first because, if I recall correctly, those are part of the first time rewards. Good luck! If you have more questions about annihilation or something else about Arknights then I'd be glad to help.
That Blaze and Horn at the end. My dreams come true 👍. Pain i didn't get her, but if she doesn't come i will just buy her on January or whenever she is available. Hot Victorian midriff waifu will be mine.
I may have missed out on Fiammetta banner, but Horn was worth the skip for me. Also, thanks for the content as always TakDes. Hope you have a great day and a great pull for Horn!
Yes. She has a shield. Her defense and HP are worthy of being a defender but she is one of those exceptions where defenders can actually do good damage. It's kind of like combining an AoE sniper with a defender. Although, if she is blocking an enemy then her attacks become single target except during her S2. And even though she can do high damage, both her S2 and S3 come with some drawbacks during the second half of the skills. S2 when you deactivate it manually and S3 simply drains her health. Sure she is good but I think they balanced her quite well.
