Most enjoyable - thank you.👍 Can recall the Triang synchro-smoke where a piston drive off the top of the X04 motor worm puffed the smoke out - quite effective for its time!🙂
No offence meant, But an old (and much cheaper) model with Syncrosmoke and a 'chuf-chuf' sound in the tender seemed to me to be just as good? I'm not impressed...... Digital steam engine sound is really terribly monotonous, and the whistle doesn't sound any better.... Sorry, but for the cost, I must be honest ... I would like something a lot better? It runs smooth though, that's got to be a redeeming factor....
