Drug addicts in general typically don't have valuables, as drugs are expensive.

Peel set up a police force in London (the Metropolitan Police) and that caught on eventually spreading nationwide to the 46 police forces we have today.
I initially thought this as well, but what was left out of the end part by this particular RU-vid is that policemen were called "peelers" after Sir Robert Peel who invented the Police Force.
I remember this being the first ever Horrible Histories sketch I saw and my mum being incredibly confused thinking Mat was saying 🍆 (to censor it) instead of peelers 🤣🤣
It's a shame to know that English onced used the word "money" (or in this case, "moneys") in the original, correct sense of the word, but how it's wrongly used today. "Money" was strictly meant to mean loose change, in essence, any readily available cash on hand. It does not mean what we erroneously use it today, for any "currency" in general.

Firstly, if you are attempting to call yourself any sort of fan of horrible histories, it's MAT. Short for Mathew. Second, "lol" is not punctuation and therefore should NOT be used at the end of every sentience. And do you even watch Doctor Who? John Barrowman IS a character on the show!!! Also, Daniel Craig is rather old, and everyone's hoping for a ginger anyways.
