What an adventure you had at that hotel, eek. Have you found a certain chain of hotels are better than others for your needs?

So far we have realized every hotel has pros and cons. We plan to do a video on what we've learned so far in case anyone is curious. We've stayed at Staybridge Suites (IHG), Home2Suites (Hilton), Homewood Suites (Hilton), and Drury Inn. They all have kitchenettes (aside from Drury) and are dog-friendly. It seems to depend the most on who is managing the particular location because cleanliness and the noise factor play a big part. For example, we've been in both horrible and great Homewood Suites...just depends. TripAdvisor reviews help SO much. I think the things we hope for are laundry services, decent food, safe area, etc. We set out hoping to stay in Airbnbs and smaller hotels, but unfortunately those cost a lot more with fewer amenities. Mike works remotely too, so we need good wifi and work set up. :)
