Horrible Schindler RT Hydraulic West Elevators at Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

Filmed on June 18, 2015: This is located in the West Concourse of the convention center. There are some more elevators down on the other end but there are all the exact same as these ones, so I did not film them. Now 2 out of 4 Schindler 300A elevators here in this video I filmed are not maintain too well. The first elevator here (shown at the beginning of the video) was low on oil, and the third elevator I filmed had a messed up floor indicator. What you heard in the video was that I was telling the convention center members about the issue of the 2 elevators shown in this video. So that shows why lots of people here on RU-vid dislike Schindler hydro's. I don't like Schindler hydro's either. All the cabs were just basic and nothing special at all. But the convention center is very nice actually..

At least, those elevators have EPIC MOTOR as they seems to be dry-powered hydraulic. The first elevator needs a little bit of oil and the fourth elevator indicator can be easily reprogrammed by Schindler.

I used to ride this elevator when I was little and my dad and I only rode the Montgomery both ways without getting out 2 times. Also, I got to ride the other bank that goes outdoors in this building also to get in in addition to the MT VR in this building that isn't tall like this one

LOL you rode the 22 shivering elevator. They fixed it a bit, eventually. BTW, try to tell a building security guard about such problems; we'll actually call facility maintenance. Other departments not so much. The door chime on 23 is different because we had a bad water leak a few years ago and it got into the oil reservoir so they went and did a full refit on it. The level indicators are a bit messed up because they were installed before they finished the Phase IV section, which added the "Level 1" public area. The signage was replaced but facility maintenance has lots of work on the old building so they don't bother with the electric sign. Most people don't have an issue since they go by the posted physical signs so it's very low priority. And the interiors did get retrofitted with some nice decor.
