One of the most important features of horror drawing for a lot of my own and also this book's design is what I like to call "The shivel factor". Basically like the skin is stretching and too small for the body, or it wrapping tightly around the figure (EX. Siren head design) which gives such an eerie uncomfortable look

I feel like a monster suggesting this, but if you haven’t yet, but 2 wings of fire coloring books, color one of the 2 books entirely the way you feel, then read all the books, after reading the entire series grab the uncolored coloring book and redesign the entire blank coloring book into a horrifying colored book based entirely off of the books then compare the two colored books!

The Sirenhead artwork came out perfectly sinister by having his silhouette looming on the bloody sky. Also the fact, that you used crayons for the background, which are hard to work with, not mentioning, that you basically can't build up in layers with them - you did a stunning work! I love your art and the way you show textures on the surfaces, detalization never ceases to amaze ❤

Ahhh I remember starting drawing around 5 years ago, I drew normal things like cartoon characters but 1 year later I got bored of all that so I moved onto horror art, and ever since then I've been a horror artist since. It's great to see other people with the same interests for drawing. Great video aswell. I liked the Sirenhead drawing and the guts drawing the most.
