It's always great to see an artist's process from beginning to end. Seeing the final art is always cool, but seeing the sketches being redone and the iteration of ideas in the process is also really important, especially for younger artists.
As a huge Minecraft fan I would like to ask… May you make a part two where you revisit the book and make more mobs creepy? And also excellent work on the creeper!
I’ve been following you since I was about 10, found you from the creepypasta readings. You’re so, SO good. I can never stop watching you and you are one of my main inspirations for going to art college. On my final major project for my first year now! Don’t regret a thing.
@@JordanPersegatiI also found you when I was 10 :D I love your work a lot! ❤ thank you for putting the time and energy of making these drawing, editing, and filming all for our entertaining (and probably money if your monetized💰) have a great day!
Minecraft addict here, been playing since the beta days and can I just say... YES! I've seen so many fan versions of creepers and this one is just *chefs kiss* So good!! Just the right amount of derp and creep gooped together and I LOVE it! Always love your art in general and seeing you bring your special style of horror to my all time favorite game just has me grinning my dude. Never stop doing what you do!
The 'Jordan-style' creeper might be my favourite thing you've ever done! Another great video. Would love to see you do some other popular video game adaptations, like World of Warcraft or Overwatch in your style 😃
As a fellow artist, nothing mesmerizes me more than seeing other artists draw (: Great job! PS: I'd love to see some art tutorials on your channel! The under-glow effect is one of my favorite shading techniques! And I'd love to see how it's done!
Definitely glad you redesigned the creeper. The first drawing you were making looked pretty typical, I've seen many horror creeper drawings and they all look like that. The second drawing you went with was very unique and definitely looked creepy as hell. Well done! 👌🏻
I love all of this! More Minecraft transformations would be welcome in my notifications -- I was hoping for a Zombified Piglin or Zoglin. I'd love to see your take on an Enderman. Cheers!
Amazing work as always, Jordan!! They're all amazing, my personal favorites are the hoglin and the creeper! I mean... Look at those details! 😗🤌 And, YES, do more Minecraft mobs! Can't wait to see what you'll do to the Enderman! 🖤
I'm a really obsessive minecraft fan and love the transformations! It looks amazing on you and you really did do the Creeper justice, I love your talent! and I hope to see more transformations of these cubes in the future
I love all your drawings! Very creative! And it's very nice of you to inform us on which colouring books you think are worth buying. I also Love the music you allways use in the background! Sorry for being late to see this video, I'm not great at following order.
As a Minecraft fan, All those drawings were awesome I especially like the creeper because it really captures the realistic look and the horrifying reality of Minecraft I always love your drawings. Keep up the good work.
Your very inspirational, I used to draw very creepy artwork when I was a youner and a teenager, as an adult now, I still draw but it's more abstract artwork with a darker twist to it now
You absolutely did the creeper justice! I was imagining a Jake Fellman styled design but, that’s not what we got and I’m a’okay with that 😂… you definitely need to do more 🤣🤣 can’t get enough squares!! 💟💟
After seeing your cute and happy Disney mermaids, I'm hype to see what you'd make of a Minecraft Elder Guardian (the swimmie bois you find in underwater monuments). Your textures continue to be almost touchable! Those claws on the creeper. So good. And the purple shading on the green is fantastically unsettling.
Loved all your transformations in this video. The Mononoke reference made me grin--love a good anime mention! The creeper transformation was so unexpectedly fun. Great work! (as always :)
Yes to doing more. Watching you do all the fur on the boar made my hand hurt 🙃 and the blood effects on the creeper are amazing. I enjoy that you left in your sketch attempts to show that getting it right the first time isn't always the case. The spider was my favorite tho. I love the boils on it's abdomen (?). Love your work and thank you for the full drawings 🖤❤️🖤
Although this is 2 months old by now (I was recommended this right now) I wanted to mention that the creeper is supposedly comprised of plant-like, bushy textures on the outside. Mostly for camouflage against the greenery around. (It's definitely effective in-game, despite the pixelated textures) What you did was awesome, but if you ever decide to do it again, now you have something new to try. Good stuff.
These are all amazing. I know Junji Ito is your #1 boycrush but I like your original take on things so much better than just another spiral face hole. No offense to him, but I massively prefer your art style.
The way you implemented the horror into most of the drawings would work well if there was a normal version of the main game, but the creeper has such an amazing “creepy” effect, and there is no sound that it’d make following people, for it’s built silent and deadly with green to camouflage with the overworld, but it’d make an amazing concept to add a creeper that doesn’t just be a suicide bomber, but also attempts to eat you like a zombie, which would be an amazing option to draw out in your art style of horror
I've watched a few of these transformations now. I've seen you creepify pokemon, disney characters, barbie and more but that creeper is probably my favourite out of all of them. Love it.
This is such a cool idea! It's always fun to try new things and challenge yourself, and learning to draw Minecraft mobs sounds like a great way to do that. I love that you're taking it a step further and transforming them into horror monsters - that's really creative! It's great to see how you're following along with the step-by-step guide in the official Minecraft "How To Draw" art book, and I can't wait to see the final results. Thank you for sharing your artistic journey with us!
I’m so happy to hear I’m not the only one who uses purple for shading lol And purple toned greys… my purple markers are always the first to dry out because of it tho 😔 I really liked the wild bore. It reminded me of the pigs from Hannibal that ate people alive when they were triggered by screaming
I'm a *huge* Minecraft nerd, and this video was very interesting turn from the normal, "let's play" styled videos about Minecraft I often watch. I don't mean that in a bad way, because I still quite liked the video. Keep up the good work, mate! *edit* - By "huge", I don't mean it like I'm popular or something, because I'm not. I just mean that I really really like the game, as I have since I was almost 8. It's been 7 and a half years, and I'm still *very* hooked on it.
Accidentally bumped into your channel and I must say that your creativity is off the FϋCKing charts m8! And after watching a few of your videos, I've come to the conclusion that you crazy mad doodling skills too haha. Got yourself a sub!👍
I'd love for you to do a second one and maybe add a little more color to the drawings! I love Minecraft so much and would love to see some more resemblance towards the game in your drawings! I'd be appreciative if you could do a fox, the warden, and the wither!
The creeper looks siiiicck! I play Minecraft and the creeper is kinda cute! But the transformation just screams “would you scream if this was outside your room?” In the future, I suggest leaving Steve or Alex’s gutted or mutilated corpses on the ground behind him. It would add a cool twist! Maybe, their heads will be impaled by the creeper’s talons!
As a Minecraft fan since 2013 I can say that i totally LOVE Creeper transformation😎 Good job buddy. We all need more transformations of mobs in your style 👍👏
Man, I know exactly what u mean when u said that art isn't easy to make; it can take me several minutes to come up with a design or piece that would look amazing. You have to put everything under consideration, from the lighting to the color, to even the background. Man, just for saying that you've earned a subscribe love seeing artists who also do creepy designs; it's hard to find people who also do that style.
Yes. More Minecraft transformations. Can make it into like a mini series since Minecraft has a couple of mobs. But Minecraft is my favorite game of all time absolutely love it lol... that creeper is insane lol.. imagine not just the ender dragon but a ghast... enderman... warden... Wither... sighh
The creeper is my favourite, and I’m not even a Minecraft fan! And I agree - it does look like something dreamed up by R L Stine; looks like a mashup of The Haunted Mask and The Blob that Ate Everyone Bravo 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Being a person who has spent over 1000 hours playing minecraft on a Nintendo Switch alone, these are really great transformations. On the creeper one, you really made the plant skin look really alive. However, to please Notch and Mojang, it would be nice to add a few corners of TNT sticking out of the planty abyss.
I probably liked your drawing of the boar the best. It reminds me of the boar creatures from Studio Ghibli's movie, Princess Mononoke (and its probably why I liked it the best - love that movie) :)
I love the comantary it's funny but it's also sinister makes you feel like your watching a horror movie but the comantator has a since of humor it's so much funny watching before I knew it I had lost 4 hours of my life watching theses videos lol great content love it
I am a big minecraft fan and that final Creeper design would be a sick af tattoo. Not for me personally, not my style, but I can totally see someone getting this inked on their upper arm, back or calf
The Creeper is amazing!!! And YES to more Mobs!! And the Ender Dragon!! My kid got me into Minecraft and FNAF (We are so stoked for the Movie!!) I found your channel on accident but we both LOVE your content!!
Possibly unintentional, but your spider made me think of Rom the Vacuous Spider's underlings from Bloodborne. And the Princess Mononoke referencing was really neat! Your horror work is an amazingly intricate gift that keeps on giving mate!
You definitely did the creeper justice! Also, probably cause I’m biased with the creeper being a favourite of mine, you’re creeper transformation is my fave in this video (albeit, I did really like the others too)
I LOVE all of these but as someone who likes drawing horror too i personally wouldve added some pig-like details in the creeper because they were actually pigs that were mapped wrong, and the inspo for that would be sick to see 😄
Bro that creeper is otherworldly. You definitely did it a justice. I like to imagine now that this is what they really look like, under all those cubes
your videos are so relaxing to watch, the way u are doing and drawings is just amazing, my fave was mostly your version of the boor and the creeper, damn keep up the good work
Haha I love what you have done! And I would love to see you make more Horrific minecraft Mobs, specially the Wither, ender dragon, Warden and Enderman!
u did do the creeper justice, i love how u did the shape of the mouth, it just screams creeper! and imagined the sound of its toes xD the design overall is outstanding! the boar also was just amazing! ur art is a masterpiece!
Yay, sketchbook drawings! As for my favorite, it's between the spider (even though I have a bit of a phobia 😅) and the creeper at the end. Though I tend to like the things I'm scared of, I just don't want them near me. 😂
I like how you draw the feet of the creeper, but i would have loved to see a drawing from it in the dark or when it lights up, before it explodes. With a deadly shine from within the little creature :D nice drawings! nice videos!
Funnily enough, your re-draw of the minecraft spider was less scary to me than regular spiders in game- I have arachnophobia, but it only creeps me out when a spider is right beside me or I'm playing minecraft. I think its the scuttling of the legs to be honest. Either way, your spooky redesigns are as good as always.
