Horse by Geraldine Brooks || BOOK REVIEW (Spoiler Free) 

Today is September 27 of 2024. I read this book a couple years ago and have now started reading it for the third time. Actually, I listen to it as an audiobook because I am visually impaired, and can no longer read. The audiobook is excellent, which cannot be said for all audiobooks. We went to the international Museum of the horse and saw the skeleton of Lexington, which I loved. Great. Review, you nailed it!

Great little review of this book. The gut punch in this book is so impactful because of Kelpie. I audiobooked this while walking my dog and I kept looking at him wondering, would you stay and look after me or would you play with traffic or something.

someone picked this book for our club. I didn't know what to expect but I really enjoyed it. Jarret and Lexington's journey was great. Theo and Jess' chapters in my opinion were a little too preachy and the last chapter besides the reveal was irrelevant. Good read.
