Hey all!
Seeing as the Drawfee is known for it's consistently flawless and uninterrupted intros, I'd animate one of the only times I can think of where proceedings were derailed to some extent!

Absolutely underrated part of the whole bit is how Julia realizes everyone thinks she said "is there a horse happening" and WITHOUT SKIPPING A BEAT pivots to the absolute nonsense of that.

I love how the calendar where he's marking the days he's lost control of the intro has every day marked off. As if they're filming Drawfee episodes every single day and due to intro shenanigans they only get to use two of them out of seven.

the fact that you committed to drawing a whole audience of individual characters that express and look around is amazing. i love all of them turning in unison to look at jacob after julia says "is the divorce happening?" as if theyre all going "oh yeah that's a good point lets see what jacob has to say" edit: just noticed justin looking at julia with confusion when she suddenly appears in the audience lmao

This was fantastic! I liked watching the all-star cameos in the audience. They all look at Jacob in unison when Julia asks if the divorce is happening, then slowly leave as the show goes off the rails. Spectacular.

I have to say that my favorite part of this is the audience losing patience and leaving a little at a time until it's empty at the end, and also the cameos from all the other DBI animations.

i think i recall in end of that episode, someone draws/mentions a horse and Karina's like "Y'know, we really should've talked about horses in the intro. I think that would've been good. Just a thought, completely apropo of nothing."

I had to rewatch 1:09 SO MANY TIMES to try to catch that delightful little smear frame, and eventually just gave up, paused it, and scrubbed through manually. My god, I LOVE IT when animators change the character rig to better highlight a joke. Peak physical comedy.

I loved the fact that as the episode progressed they kept calling back to the botched horse bit meaning they had to leave it in to Jacob’s frustration. It was delightful.

DeepBlue, man, every time I rewatch one of your animations I find something new to love. Your use of the canvas in every sequence is so well put together. 1:00 Jacob’s eyes and mouth don’t move *at all*, you shifted everything else down to move his focus up while maintaining ours on his icy stare of coworker fatigue ❤️

Blue! As soon as they started the second attempt at the intro I started wondering how you were going to animate Nathan's...face. Couldn't even figure out what happened at first and had to go back and pause it and scrub frame by frame only for you to straight up kill me. Well done!

I have started watching your videos at 0.25 speed and not only is it 50% funnier, I've also noticed a lot of random details, like you and Bug Hunter in the audience and the title of the calendar. I also love how you animate them making random noises and them turning around.

Nathan mouth misbehaving was so well done! For a couple of frames the linework on his face is all messy and there are no highlights, but it is over before you can really notice. All you notice is that something is off and the mouth becoming really wide distracts from it beautifully. Then the little eyebrow twitch at the end of the sentence... 10/10, chefs kiss, perfect!

I remember there was a poll somewhere of Drawfee viewers where they asked how many of us were drawers or something... I kind of remember them being a minority. I think it's because Drawfee viewers are full of artists of all kind, I mean THE COMMENTS! THIS ANIMATION! JUST wow
