POOR HORSE!! you have to keep your heels down your kicking your horse and bouncing on his/her back if you keep you heels down it will secure you and will not hurt your horse

I know what galloping is… that doesn’t mean she should be slamming on his or her back like that it’s very painful and all cause harm to the horse in the long run. a gallop should be smooth if you know how to ride. if that horse spooked, she would be seriously injured because she would fall right off because her heels are not down

@@milaaxgoldiee i'm just going to say this so people don't tell me I'm wrong but I am a fellow equestrian who is a hunter/jumper. Ok sooooo lol, anyways you should NEVER have your heels pointing up and toes pointing down at all while riding horses. If you have your heels up it makes it really uncomfortable for the horse, while hurting it's back and your balance is just horrible. If you want to go faster you 'click' at the horse or lean foreword a little bit. However, at all costs you should always have your heels down. I don't mean to sound rude btw I just didn't know how to say this in a less harsh tone. Have a wonderful dayyyyyy ✨
Bro you may be having fun but I assure you that horse isn’t your stirrups are way to long heels down and maybe try to no bounce on the saddle take some real riding lessons 😐

She is riding completely wrong. If she wants to ride, she needs proper riding lessons instead of galloping when she has no idea how to ride. Also, she is hurting the horse's back and damaging the spine due to bouncing so high and hitting the horse's back hard.
@LARRY_editz the balls of your feet, which is just behind your toes, should be resting on the stirrups, your toes should be pointing forward, you need to not bounce as high, it would probably be better if you stood up in the stirrups when the horse is galloping, if you don't know how to hold on to the reins, your thumbs need ro be pointing up and the smallest finger needs to be underneath the reins. I recommend that you have lots of riding lessons and learn how to ride properly and so that you have lots of balance before you gallop again. Also, about the high bouncing, I'm guessing that you were hitting the horse's back hard, which would damage the horse's spine, so that's one reason why you should learn how to ride before you do things like galloping and high jumps.
Ummmm that posture needs serious work…. Here are some tips so you can get better: don’t bounce as much, heals down toes up, and you can also lean forward and keep the upper half at a better angle.
What if you have short achilles tendons, and can’t put your heals down all the way because of it? I’m still looking for answers. The internet isn’t telling me anything proper about horses and short achilles other than it’s a health hazard for you and your horse.

I would be died if my trainer saw me ridding like that. she is touching the horses neck, her feet are wrong and if you are galloping you are not allowed to bounce. you have to be quiet when you ride.
after this ride she: “it was so much fun. riding isn’t that hard. let’s do it again!” horse “ahm no, my back hurts so much. something bounced on my back so hard while cancering around”

As someone who does horse back riding lessons her feet could be better. Her stirrups aren’t that long nor short. They look pretty good. And galloping as fast as she is, it’s pretty hard not to bounce up and down but she should have slowed the bouncing if she could. and you would know that if most people actually took horse backing riding. but she could have done better to main tain her stance and tried slowing down the bouncing. I also think her back could be straighter but no hate. This is just to help. Love anyone who steps up for a challenge and tries ❤❤

Ik its fun but please take this seriusly!! Put your heels down and toes up. Put the toes on the stirrup not the Whole foot!! And dont bumb like that on the horses back, try to sit up the whole time. And please take some lessons if you wanna keep riding!! I know its fun but the horse dont Think so! And you should ALWAYS wear a helmet! + get some boots… dont ever ride with sneakers.
You have to lean back farther, your saddle is in the wrong place, you should probably wear a helmet when galloping/cantering, that saddle doesn’t fit which could damage your horse, and your feet need to be with your heal down and only your toes in the stirrups.
