Experiencing your internal power, confidence and embodied presence with horses as teachers. This powerful talk explores how horses mirror who we are and how we can learn from them. Mary Berkery Author, Educator and Professional Coach assists people in accessing their courage, resilience and inner confidence. She has over thirty years’ experience with international training and group work. Mary is the founder of Lá Nua Learning: a whole person learning and education foundation for youth and young adults. She lives in the West of Ireland and works internationally with in-person and online programs.
