Sara founded Discovery Horse as a way to help kids discover their inner strength. One of the most remarkable parts of working with horses, Sara says, is they know when you’re lying to yourself. “The beauty of the lies they uncover is that they are lies of self-limitation. They are lies of self-harm. They are labels, judgments, and negative thoughts we place on ourselves.”
Sara is a certified practitioner of equine-based counseling/coaching and trainer for the Touched by a Horse program.
