We are in the middle of selling everything and then our house to move to Thailand. We are looking at Cha Am, Prachuap Kiri Khan, and Hua Hin area due in part to Johnny's videos. At a certain part of the year there are so many horseshoe crabs on the east coast of the US but I never knew that they could be eaten / I think that at that restaurant the food is delicious everyday

What exactly do you eat from the horseshoe crab? I didn’t see much meat at the center of the crab, once the eggs or whatever it was that was scraped away off the hard shell, then a lot of seasoning was added with what appears to be ginger or green papaya ?
