Me recuerda a los más que centenarios ascensores o funiculares del puerto de Valparaíso, Chile. En este caso, eso sí, hay dos vías paralelas. No me extrañaría que hayan sido una iniciativa de los ingleses que se establecieron en este puerto ya en el siglo XIX.
Thanks! It's made out of a motor with reducer and some gears I bought at a local shop which came in a kit. Then, the structure is made with Meccano. Look up for Lemo Solar on Google, maybe there you can find something. Please share your creation when you're done!
A nice model !!, I,ve ridden the real funicular many times, during my visits to the Horseshoe Curve. The only point I would make, is the doors on the real cars are on the other side, compared to your model. Ron
