Hi, if you still have the time, it is advised to wash all baby clothings before they are used on the baby, just because infants skin tends to be sensitive and the clothings might have been exposed to germs during production or packaging. Also if you can, try getting a nipple cream, Lansinoh brand is good, trust me the first month of breastfeeding is not easy with the nipple pain. The cream does a good job in helping with the pain. Nice packing I don't know about yellow outfits causing jaundice but even nurses advice not to use yellow clothes on babies especially the first few days so that it will be easy to detect if the baby have jaundice
