A highly requested video from my Instagram followers… What I packed in my hospital bag. I’ve left the full list of everything I took below, but I talk through in the video my essential products I’m so glad I packed and what I’d recommend packing, as well as those which I packed and never even got out of the bag!
I hope you find it useful! This was obviously for my personal birth experience and how my birth went… depending on what type of delivery you end up having might determine which products you find most useful!

- [x] Any makeup you want to take (I took tinted moisturiser)

- [x] Button up pjs/nighties (2-3)
- [x] Plastic bag for used clothes
- [x] Lucozade sport bottles
- [x] Spritz for bitz
- [x] Snacks

- [x] Going home outfit (something nice and oversized!)
- [x] Towel

For baby
- [x] Pre-made bottles (just incase for whatever reason I couldn’t BF)… which did end up happening, but the hospital ended up providing me with formula milk anyway.
- [x] 3-4 baby vests
- [x] 3-4 newborn baby grows, 3-4 0-1 months, 1-2 0-3 months (zip preferred with scratch mitts and feet built in so you don’t need scratch mitts/socks)
- [x] 1 pack of nappies
- [x] Nappy bags
- [x] 3 muslin cloths
- [x] 1st outfit packed separate so your birthing partner/midwife can grab quickly
- [x] Baby wipes
- [x] Cotton pads
- [x] 1x hat
- [x] Cellular blanket
- [x] Car seat fitted in car
- [x] 1x Cardigan
