D day is here.
It was a lot harder than I expected, especially because seeing your baby in distress and being so helpless is just beyond heartbreaking. But, our Sevi was such a little warrior. He was so brave and recovered so well. At just 8 weeks old and having gone through a major surgery like this, Sevi truly inspires me to be strong too. The greatest gift I can ever ask for is having my two boys with me, healthy and well. Thank you everyone for your well wishes and prayers. We are on the road to recovery!

I understand slaters reaction about this stuff, when kryz mention about his reaction. Guys always try to show strength for the family during uncertainty. We just need to sucked our feelings all the time and be strong for everyone. Stay strong brother.

Appreciation post for Slater when he said he's proud of Kryzz for surviving the situation. Geez, that means a lot. It may sound so simple for some but having that kind of emotional support from your partner, argh, my heart is so kilig! I knew the feeling 27 yrs ago … that my first born underwent same procedure when he was same age. He just turned 27 yrs old last May 25. Glory all to God . I also appreciated so much Yaya Doreen’s support for Kryz but the truth she’s stronger to bear all the emtional & physical pains of Sevi. Now that Sevi is 2 yrs old, he knows in his ❤️ that Yaya loves him so dearly as well.

I got teary-eyed. I can relate to you when our children got sedated before the operation. It was the scariest feeling. My daughter got a heart operation when she was 8 months old. We, mothers, must stay strong for our children. Fast recovery baby Sevi

You would always say in your vlogs how chill baby sevi is and despite having a hernia then going through that surgery and post operation he still showed how chill he can be. Truly a slater descendant. 😁 praying for fast & smooth healing #skyfam

We as women tend to think we're more struggling and having a hard time not realizing our husbands we're actually carrying things double. It's harder when you can't let your emotions out and have to act tough and strong cause you're the head of the fam. You're the captain of the ship. Godbless you both.

I've experienced that too! My eldest was also diagnosed with hernias and the surgery was done in NKI. Ganun din both sides na inayos kasi may tendency na maaring mangyari din sa isang side. Right side kasi nag manifest. During the operation, yun ang napakahabang oras na hintayin mo ang anak mo at puntahan sa recovery ward. My son then was 10 months already ng inoperahan at ng kinarga ko sya ang sabi niya kaagad "mama" parang gripo ang luha ko dahil sa tuwa na maayos na ang kalagayan ng anak ko. Ngayon college na ang eldest ko.

I was with my mom when she had two surgeries last yr and i can see how painful she felt before and after surgery. .what more on this baby. Thank God for the succesful surgery.

Watching this made me cry so much. I remember my baby when being injected 2 antibiotics for seven days from day 1. I always cry whenever he cries. Kaluoy baby Sevi. :(

My baby had a hernia repair at 1 day old too! She had congenital diaphragmatic hernia diagnosed in utero. She is 13 months now. These babies are truly miracles!

Legit! One of the scariest thing that I have experienced as well. Watching my kid getting sedated. T'was a minor surgery for cellulitis but I'm still crying like crazy. It's just so hard to watch! Praying for your speedy recovery Sevi boo!!! 🙏🤍

Im so proud of you Ms. Kryz. Eventhough I am not a mom, I understand your feelings and emotions. My job is in the medical field and we know how painful it was when the needle started to touch your body. It was traumatic as well. I cried when your baby was crying. I know how it feels being a mom, too. He's still a baby. If we can just feel the pain instead of them. But it's for his own good. When you lied down beside him watching him attentively, I remember when my kids were very young and having high fever, I do the same. Hats off to your yaya! She is very caring. And Slater, yes. All men shows strength when things like that happen.
