Very educative video but you have to revised your work well before publishing, so many errors which at some point make learners to quite this wonderful system. My Advice next video before publishing make sure you have take your time and revised well your work.

I've been following along the entire video, but at 39:50 when I try to create a request as you did, I don't have a relation between TREATMENTS and Ward entry... Can you please explain why? I am pretty sure I did everyting exactly as in the video
Nice practice for students. But…I am sure no hospital would use a system powered by MS ACCESS. I assume you are simply demonstrating how ACCESS works in general. Furthermore, you need to explain the data modeling of your use case before anything else.
I have a question sir, if we are an IT service provider company n providing our services to hospital management what would our database must look like? How to do it? Because we are providing this software services to hospital so they are our customers and we are the one dealing with them n our services are like( maintenance of database for them 1 year free and after one year they have to pay) (we send promotional messages/emails to employees of that hospital to do marketing for our company)
