A must watch drama. I keep falling in love with all characters in every episodes. I love the friendship the 5 doctors formed its so beautiful and their humour tgt.
#Gyeoul unrequited love to #Jeongwon is so pure yet so painful af that we can honestly relate. I'm addicted to #WinterGarden even they don't get a lot of screen time together. I love Gyeoul character development as well in this drama especially towards her patient on episode 9.
Even though I told myself that I'm not going to ship anyone here if the producer/writer is the one who loves surprises from every reply series but these two are just the cutest and beautiful that I can't stop shipping them.
