The AAS in Hospitality Management at Trocaire offers students hands-on experience and experienced faculty to help them hone the versatile skills necessary to thrive in this booming industry. Real-world training is a constant throughout the program thanks to an internship requirement and our unique partnership with Salvatore’s Grand Hotel and Russell’s Steaks, Chops & More restaurant, while classes like accounting, food and beverage management and hospitality leadership prepare students for whatever industry trajectory they wish to pursue. Career opportunities exist for managers in places as diverse as hotels, resorts, restaurants, clubs, catering operations, food service providers, sales, production, travel and tourism in this dynamic, growing and rapidly evolving industry.
