Crazy how nick’s tempo and rage of motion are photo identical on every single rep the rhythm is just insane

Loved the video and while on BC Nick and Justin are great, I love the humbleness Sampson shows. And at the the end you can tell how freaking big he is ...Nicks arms look huge the whole video, but then you realize what a big man Sampson is.

These guys really clocked in and went to work.. And props to Justin, he really explained the movements very well.💪🏿👌🏿

Fouad has changed the game letting these bodybuilders personalities come out to true fashion. Samson, is quickly becoming a favorite! I like the whole crew. I don’t mean to bring up sour wounds to Fouad if he reads this but I personally can’t stand Brett. I can read people very well and Brett is one I will admit, fooled me. He was becoming arguably my favorite upcoming pro but him leaving Fouad, who was the one who made him and gave him exposure to all of us and then him being salty about Nick Walkers shoulder pressing numbers made me see right through his “I’m just a good guy” persona he portrayed on bro chat all those times. I called him out on it and he blocked me on IG lol. Now he is on bodybuilding university podcast which is a snooze fest! The whole time I was thinking, “Brett has to be thinking fuck I screwed up leaving Hosstile!” His name has dropped significantly since leaving Fouads crew. Life lesson to anyone reading this. You don’t shit on who fed you. He’s getting his karma I suppose.

Back is the one muscle that can't be too big. It helps the front double and abs and thighs as much as the front lat spread and back shots

Great colab fellas. Little mike mentzer scoop pulls warm up tactic I like it. Justin & Nick have that teacher thing going. That’s great to see. Justin looking freaky full. Love the high intensity guys. One top end total failure set plus maybe a couple forced reps or maybe a couple negatives,that’s all you need. Read mike Mentzers books folks. Learn the ways.

I really wanna work on my back after watching this

I can sympathize with Samson here. I'm tall and have long arms so finding the right adjustment always sucks. Some machines I just cant use at all like a lot of cable lat pulldown machines. If the seats not adjustable I can't use it, sometimes even if the seat is at the lowest adjustment it's not low enough. I just kneel on the ground.
