Ondemand, viewers can still vote in polls and ask questions. It can be interesting for the brand to check-in every now and again to see if new questions have been posted and send an email to the person to respond.

Ironically, given the focus on "choosing a virtual background" in this video, the background you had behind you felt super-overdone (cluttered), distracting (meaningless) and visually distracting (no apparent or relevant theme)...IMHO.
