Love how the more you learn about the PL600 the more the music begins to build up. Conveys Connor's confidence and the tension really well. You may be unfolding the story of events, but there's an underlying worry, because *every second counts.*
I always imagined it as Connors programming becoming more intense, kind of how a computer would use more of its cpu/gpu as a task becomes more complex and demanding, and thus you hear more mechinical sounds as a result. I guess the same theory applies to Connor and Androids in general.
It's firing at everything that moves. It already shot down two of my men. We could easily take it down, but it's on the balcony. If it falls... She falls.
My personal favourite is the part that begins at 1:45 and lasts to 2:45. Those peaceful background tunes, I don't know, they just send shiver down my spine. In my opinion these little tunes represent Connor perfectly, as this calm deliberate professional, the most perfect android investigator. And overall, they add this chilling mystery into the whole piece.
When the part at 3:20 played in my game, I was just picking up the tablet and it said thank you for your purchase. It came up with 'devient was going to be replaced' and this music made me think this game is gonna be a hell of a ride.
“My name is Connor, I am the android sent by Cyberlife.” “I am a machine designed to accomplish a task and that exactly what I’m going to do.” “You can’t kill me, I’m not alive.” “28 stab wounds! You didn’t wanna leave him a chance, huh? Did you feel anger? Hate? He was bleeding, begging you for mercy but you stabbed him again and again and again! I know you killed him. Why don’t you say it? Just say ‘I killed him.’ Is it that hard to say? Just say you killed him, just say it! “I like dogs.” You’re a Detroit Gears fan, right? Denton Carter scored 53% of his shots from the three-point line yesterday. Did you see the game? Hank: “That’s what I was watching at the bar last night.” Connor: Oh.”
What’s interesting is that sending an android to cope with an android is the smartest thing to do because just sending another human means a human not knowing the android. Kind of like fighting fire with fire.
@@hamers61 I understand that the video is old, but I have a question. Where did you even find these soundtracks, in the game files? They just represent the hash code
Last Chance Connor also has a less urgent feeling since its related to just trying to find a boat. This is related to trying to understand the prequel to a hostage.

There's a lot more synthesizer in this one and a lot less brass, but the general feel is similar. Just like Batman, Connor is the guy that has come to save the day.
This is basically how Conners theme is whenever conner is doing somthing very related to the story this theme pops up in many diffrent versions throughout the game
