You gotta remember the era Vince came from. He came from the era that, whenever the plane went down with Flair, Johnny Valentine, Mr. Wrestling, David Crockett, and someone else (breaking Flair's back), they actually worried about and had to take two or three separate vehicles to the hospital so word wouldn't leak out that heels and faces were traveling together. That's where Vince started learning the business. All things considered, he's adapted well, but still...
Vince is a complete asshole and yet a complete genius!!!.......love him or hate him im sure you are all like me and owe ALOT of great memories to this man!
"They know I'm just a big, fat piece of crap." "Shane got his athelticism from his mom." Holy shit, Vince really is a GENIUS. This interview is entertaining as hell.
Vince has such a fantastic sense of humor. I don't agree with his politics or some of the things he has done in the past, but I'd like to believe that Vince is generally a pretty decent man.
After working with a grumpy but nice boss at my current job, I can appreciate Vince more, he really is a good guy, just has to be strict to run such a huge company.
Pete Rosenberg should have a creative gig with the WWE because he is actually passionate about the product which is a paradox of the current creative team
I'm sure we all would have reacted the same way meeting Vince Mcmahon, but you could tell Vince felt a little awkward standing there as this guy is making a plea to work for him - and he was being serious too. If Vince even considered hiring this guy, any chance of him getting a job went down the drain when he told Mcmahon to endorse Obama...
Right off the bat it gets awkward hes like "wtf u didnt ask a question so why u pointing the mic at me" lol damn i would be so intimidated cuz even i cant tell his sense of humor and he looks like hes always ready for an argument or something lol good job not making him pissed haha
He killed himself with the Obama question lol I like Obama, shiiii I working with Stanford with Vinny Mac, Id never speak a peep about that man. I wanna keep my job lol
I got so nervous for Rosenburg when the camera went to Vince talking with two other ppl. I was like: "Damn, how are you gonna approach THE MAN when he's busy without being rude?"
But you said he was unchallenged in his business for 20 years. He was in a heated feud with WCW and was in fact losing to WCW for a while from the mid to late 90's.
Of course he's a billionaire. WWE is the biggest entertainment phenomenon on earth. Reading a post on the Internet from somebody's prediction of his worth is gullibility at it's very highest effect. Only his bank or Vince himself could tell you that. Shane's an amazing worker, one of the best in my opinion.
I am too. For some people, it's hard to distinguish the truth when it's told in a joking manner. Vince is always chasing money and he has a history of monopolizing businesses to prove it.
Vince is smart, he did the Million Dollar segment to get alot of views and once more people watche and watched he got them with the PG and now it has alot of views.
and he is, like in this clip, always working his gimmick. he is not so evil in real life. he just doesnt wanna come off as being too nice cuz that will hurt his character image
Man I Would Like To Meet Vince Mcmahon I Would do the same thing Ask him if I can be in interviewer! But I Can tell you were kind of nervious your voice was speeding alittle bit but Good Luck Tell me how your interview with vince goes!
AngrySmurf because he looked desperate. Vince couldn't take him seriously. I like Peter and i think he was nervous, but if you want to impress Vince this is not the way you do it.
Nick Boberson first he should have kept his cool, i think. And you don't tell Vince that you wanna work for him like this "i wanna work for you Vince. I wanna do interviews bla bla bla. I want to take your product to a new level (!?) i think i have ideas etc." Maybe he should have said something that he's dream is to work for the WWE, and he should have said it after the interview was over. This is the way i would have done it without saying that i want to take his product to a new level, bla bla bla. I am good judge of characters and Vince's face was like "it's getting boring already!" I like Peter and i really want to see him work for WWE but his attempt to get his dream job was a big fail.
People will spew any kind of bullshit when a mic is in their face. You could tell from the reaction Vince was pissing on his leg and telling him it was raining.
