As a Caterer this is how I make my pulled pork. The difference is that I do not have a smoker. So I cook my pork in the oven, take it out, then I wrap it in foil & put in bck in the oven. I get the same results. I'm hoping to get a smoker this summer. This looks DELICIOUS 😋 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
