I make some parts for my engines with a small lathe (South Bend 9") but I could never achieve the accuracy which you have. I am amazed by and jealous of your abilities . I wish I could afford one of these beautiful animals! Jim.
I love the perfection each detail of your engines seems to be done with! From the tiny blowlamps, the oiler and every single part of the engine! Realy great! Greetings from Germany!
Find, have you ever made an endurance test, say for 24 hours, followed by a teardown & inspection? What's the longest continuous run you've ever made with any of your engines?
Thank you for your comment. The governor is linked to a conical bar situated between the pump cam and the injection pump, thereby changing the pump plunger stroke.
Hello Find, this is really making me stunned. Amazing. Is your profession "watchmaking" or where did you learn to make such small pieces with the needed accuratesse.
Your engines are works of art. The designs are very elegant and gracefull, yet fully functioning. Do you perhaps publish drawings of any of your engines?
I appreciate your friendly quick response. Is the governor linked to a ball valve to operate the fuel injectors ? This system looks well thought out. Very simple in nature.
very nice engine! i am currently working on a model hit and miss designed and built by myself. only when someone has tried to build somthing this intricate and detailed that they truly appreciate how much work goes into somthing like this. very fine work!
Sir, you are truly an original artist. I enjoy watching your engines. Thank you for sharing them on RU-vid. The detail on them and the incredibly excellent workmanship are wonderful. I have one question, do you do your own castings? Greetings from Michigan in USA.
If you are ever sitting there wondering "who can i put in my will?", just let me know and I can provide proper spelling of my name and address details. Joking of course, but possibly not. Lovelly creations.
