This brings back so many great memories as a teenager in the 70's. I am 60 now and have just realised that Errol was a very handsome man. Love this song still. Magic!! (Even though not many Cadillacs in Australia). Fords or Holdens used to do just as well.

Honestly in the credits of Ghostbusters, when Peter and Diana are getting into the Ectomobile (which is a Cadillac) and Rey then smiles, it makes me think "you know when Rey smiles while Peter and Diana are getting into the backseat of the Ecto, he knows it's time to play "heaven is in the backseat of my Cadillac"😂 So every time I hear "Cadillac" in a song and they are still mentioned in a lot of modern music, I always think of Ecto🤣 But this suits the movie, as the film dose have alot of adult humor and although this hasn't aged very well, Peter's attitude around women. As well as the bullet lights in Ecto's fins remind me of Dagmars (again kind of fits with what Venman is like around women), even though they are supposed to be inspired by rockets, but the design says otherwise...
