Ingredients:
100ml milk
50g butter, plus extra to grease
350g strong white flour, plus extra to dust
40g caster sugar
7a sachet fast-action dried yeast
2tsp. mixed spice
1 medium egg, beaten
125g jumbo raisins or sultanas
50g dried cranberries
2tbsp. plain flour, for the crosses
