Yes, that was last day on that oil. We also just switched to beer battered fries, seems to turn darker faster, but still delicious .

Yes. There is no flavor transfer. The Vegans and Vegetarians are Happy we have the option for them, but in small a food trailer we can't provide everything separated. Thanks for watching!!
