I have followed all of the recommendations but no one is seeing my posts. There are "people reached" and "engagement" but no one is seeing them to be able to comment. Any suggestions? @danasdesigns24
I have a question regarding Google My Business Data, I am little confused, What is the real Visitors who has visit the website or make any othe conversion, and what is the real impression? Here are the data what I got in my dashboard all for the same period 28 days: Views: 2032 (Searchviews: 817 | Mapviews: 1500) Searches: 1630 (direct:595 | discovery: 1003) Activity: 168 (Website visits 75 | Calls 66 | Photo views 0 | Direction requests 27) Insights: Total searches: 1627 (direct: 595 | discovery: 872 | branded: 160) I see only Searches and Insights are similar, is that who has visit my site or make any conversion? If Yes what is Views and Activity? Can you please tell me a few words about this data (Views, Searches, Activity, Insights)
Hey Jorge, I use Hootsuite for twitter, not so much for FB. I've been told recently that using third party schedulers can actually make your reach go down, so I think its worth posting in real time inside the app itself.

Some good tips here, I feel like ive done all these things and my page isn't really growing. Im creating good content every day on my instagram which auto posts onto my FB so its defiantly not the quality as it gets amazing engagement on insta :(
Facebook page is no longer really effective for organic traffic. Its more of paid (advertising) page for your business. Groups are much more effective because its free and organic reach hasn't been monetized yet by facebook.
Nowadays, is it still relevant to use FB page?! FB limits on purpose to the organic reach! What about the groups? Moreover more and more young don't use FB but Instagram...
Michael, FB groups are an awesome idea, but having a business page is pretty much required for any business. It helps Google see you as a real business, and if you ever wanna run FB or instagram ads, you NEED a FB page. Hope that helps!

A lot of times, it will be one of the top search results when ppl search for your business on google... and almost 25% of ppl say they go t facebook when they're vetting a business.
