Let´s do this guys!!! Before - left leg:52cm right leg:53cm Day 1:It was really hard but I did it :) I also ran 3,4km. Day 2:Easier than yesterday but still hard Day 3:Did it! Day 4:I was too tired so I only was 20 min. on a treadmill. :( Day 5:It so much easier now:) I also ran 3,2km Day 6:Did it and it´s not that hard anymore. I also walked 10.000 steps Day 7:Did it!!! and also 12.000 steps :) Day 8:Did it and it was so easy today :)) I walked again 10.000 steps!!! left leg :51cm right leg: 52cm I´ve lost 1 cm in 7 days awesome!!! I def doing it again so let´s go :)) Day 1:I was sooo tired but still did it!! And 13.000 steps Day 2:Got it!!! I also was 25 minutes on a treadmile Day 3:Did it and I also did the sexy hips workout from Lilly Sabri :) !! Day 4:Did it and again the sexy hips wk from yesterday!! and ofc 10.000 steps ;) Day 5:Did it and the same things as yesterday !!! Day 6:I was sooo tired but still did it!! I swam 20 lanes and it took over 1 hour(I swam really slow and relaxed) Day 7: couldn´t make bc I was sooo tired from yesterday:( I only climbed stairs for over 30 min. bc we don´t have a stepper) Day 8:Did it + 20 min. on a treadmile :) right leg: 51cm left leg: 50cm I´m really happy with the results so I keep going to do this workout for a few weeks :)))) Day 1:Did it and also the sexy hips wk from Lilly! Day 2: Did it and it was really easy! I also walked 10 000 steps :) Day 3:Did it and the sexy hips wk !! Day 4:Did it+13000 steps and the sexy hips wk again Day 5:Did it and the sexy hips wk Day 6:Did it and just 8000 steps!! Day 7:Did it + sexy hips wk! It was sooo easy today :)) right leg: 49,5cm left leg: 49cm I´m sooo happy with the results and I keep doing this workout for a few weeks:))))) Day 1:Did it and the sexy hips wk !! Day 2:Did it and 10.000 steps Day 3:Did it + sexy hips wk and 10.000 steps :) Day 4:Did it+sexy hips wk!! Day 5:Did it+10min. cycling and 20 min. on a treadmile :)) Day 6:could´t do it bc I was really tired and didn´t felt good :(( Day 7:missed :(( Day 8: Did it and the sexy hips wk :) Day 9:Did it and the sexy hips wk! right leg:49 cm left leg:48 cm I am really sad that I missed 2 days but this week it´s going to be better:)))) Day 1:Did it and the Hips Dips wk feom Lilly too!! Day 2:Did it!! Day 3:Did it+one wk for legs from April Han and 10.000 steps Day 4:Did it (and the same things like yesterday) ! Excited for tmrw Also doing two more leg workouts and did 3 hrs of slow jogging🎉 ✅ Day 2, two other leg workouts, 1 hr slow jogging🎉 ✅ Day 3 Yea it was fun and im excited for tmrw, 2 more leg workouts🎉 ✅ Day 4, again two more leg workout , 2 hrs of slow jogging , a short arm work out, that's it!🥳

Im doing this for 2 months!! Day 1✅:Intense but i did it Day 2 ✅: i could feel the burn a lot more but it was easier that yesterday Day 3✅: getting easier went by really fast Day 4✅:DID it plus another workout Day 5✅:starting to see small results Day 6 Day 7 Day 8

For those of you who are nervous about doing the longer live workouts, you should really give them a try! They are super fun, and there's even more interaction with Lilly! Yes, they are difficult, but the burn is so worth it & there are modifications & rest periods to help if needed! If you can make it through a video like this, you can definitely make it through a live one!

To the ladies, who struggle with reducing leg fat, but have a slim upper body, don’t worry. The same struggle means the upper body to me. My lower body looks extremely slim, but the upper body… even though I’ve been working on upper body much more than lower body. I have been doing exercise since 2020. I lost 14 kg. I did Chloe Ting for a few month, then I switched to Lilly Sabri, my Queen. I did a lot of guides of her. I lost 10 cm (59 cm to 49 cm) in my inner thighs, but 3 cm in my arms. I lost 20 cm (90-70) in my waist, but how much I try, I can not lose the lower belly fat completely. Every body is different 🙏🏻❤️

guys! I did this workout every day and it’s really worked!! I didn’t do gauge for my legs but my legs are slimmer and toned rn! I think i’ll do again 😻 I highly recommend this workout for everyone 👍 have a nice day 💘

@Esperanza Preciado hmm if you wanna reduce your muscles maybe this workout not a good choice bc this video just toned my legs so i don't reccomend for your aim. btw i don't know if you ever tried april han's leg workouts before, but i think you should try these workouts too, they also soo good

I left it 3 days after I started before, although I could feel it getting tighter and I want to start again and continue until the end. I read the comments and saw those who observed that it started to work after the 3rd day, I had a lot of difficulty on the 3rd day when I did it before, I hope my legs will get a little thinner. I can't measure right now because there is no measuring instrument.. sorry guys. day 1 : ✅ - I don't have a hard time, but not being able to control my breath while doing some movements is very difficult for me, so I have to interrupt what I'm doing. Went for a 4km walk, came home, cooled down and then followed by this workout. Can’t believe how this workout made me perspire more than the walk 🥲 but i love it and i love Lily for all her workouts ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Lilly! I've been loving your workouts and they've really helped me get healthy and fit during this pandemic year. I just wanted to share a thought that have been brewing in my mind for a little while, and today I felt like finally typing it - about the language usage, terms like "hot girl summer", "you guys" etc. I myself identify as she/her and feel totally ok with being called a "girl", but as I teacher myself (for kids and teenagers) I try to steer away from those. Y'all/folks/friends, even "familia" that you've been using a lot (which I love) - I think, might make more people feel confutable/included and connect with the workouts. I have many friends who don't identify as "you guys" or "girls". Even men, I think, might turn down the workout because it's addressed as "hot girl" (even though your workouts are clearly for all types of bodies!) Anyway, "Hot Body" or whatever you might come up with - I think - might help more people join the familia and feel seen and included. Again, I love what you're doing and it's all being said in the most loving and respecting way! Just my two cents' worth.

started this workout today and I will update everyday day 1:It burned a lot and I felt like giving up halfway through but didn't (also did a 5 minute ab pilates workout) day 2:easier than yesterday day 3:I sweat a lot it wasn't too bad day 4:it's getting easier and burned a little day 5:I didn't do it day 6:did it twice to make up for yesterday day 7:done! I can now fit into sweatpants that were too tight day 8:done! (also did a 5 minute ab pilates workout) day 9:done! I can see a difference day 10:done! day 11:done! this workout is amazing day 12:done! day 13: didn't do it day 14: done! this workout is amazing i can see a difference, I'm going to keep going

I've decided to try it for my inner thighs! 🥰 ✅Day 1 (August 2nd): My inner thighs are 66 cm - 65 cm. (I also did "12 MIN GROW YOUR BOOTY - not your thighs" by Pamela Reif, and "INTENSE LOWER ABS FAT LOSS in 7 Days" by Lilly Sabri.) ✅ Day 2 (August 3rd): 66 cm - 65 cm | I did the same routine. ✅ Day 3 (August 4th): 65 cm - 65 cm | 1 cm slimmer, I'm so excited! I've added some exercises that I've found on Instagram to the same routine. ✅ Day 4 (August 5th): 65 cm - 64 cm | Wow, 2 cm slimmer in 4 days! I'm so happy to see the change that fast! ✅ Day 5 (August 6th): 65 cm - 64 cm | Keep going, only two days left!

I have tried this workout for 10 days I have -1 cm smaller around thighs More than the result I just feel good to myself, it gives me confidence and I will be doing it as long as I could.

I'm gonna do this every day for a week to motivate myself and others! So you got this guys!! day 1: WOW I didn’t think it would burn that much day 2: It was way less difficult today but nevertheless the burn was still THERE day 3: I'm starting day 3 today; I didn't get to do it for 3 days for personal reasons BUT i could ALREADY see the difference after day 2, it was CRAZYY day 4: my 4th day of doing this, and it hurt just as much as the first day bc i haven't been able to do it much lately {due to the last week of school} day 5: it still hurts to do it but not as much, and i can feel the tightening on my thighs and butt😙 day 7: 🥳🥳

I used to religiously do Chloe Ting workouts and challenges. Which are great and all but I was expecting to go through this very easily since I do Chloe’s workouts with weights and no breaks. Boy was I wrong. My legs are like jelly right now. And the pain was a legit 7/10.

I’m gonna do this for 45 days until school starts. I’ll keep updating and give measurement updates each week🙂 starting tonight Left leg 55 1/2 cm Right leg 54 1/2 cm Day 1: I fell asleep before I could do this because I super tired from my softball game🙁 Day 2: I actually managed to do the workout today lol. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be but it felt really good. Day 3: I was exhausted from my softball games and forgot to do both of my workouts Day 4: the workout was a little bit easier but pretty tiring

Okay I’ll rate this workout. I had a 3,5km run before this which made my legs already weak lmao. But it’s a really nice workout and I believe you’re able to do it a lot better than I did since I already ran before. Everyone remember. You don’t need to do workouts to get a “summer body”. If you’re fixated with the goal of looking a specific way your journey will be bumpy and uneven. To look for health, happiness and comfort in yourself will be long lasting with looks and weight loss as a byproduct. You don’t need to look a specific way. You just need to be you and that’s enough. It’s more than enough.

Türkiyede liseye geçerken sınava giriyorsun puanına göre kazandığın liseye gidiyorsun bende o dönem lise giriş sınavına hazırlanıyordum ve kilo almaya başladım o dönem gene çok almamıştım ama lise 1 de 70 kiloya dayandım boyum170 cm aşırı mı kilolu oldum hayır ama posdürüm bozuldu ve lise 1 de fil ayağı yani lenf ödem hastası oldum kilomdan dolayı çünkü sürekli oturuyordum ve lenf modüllerim durdu 2 yıldır bu hastalıkla savaşıyorum eskisinden çok çok iyiyim ve lilynin bu videosu bana çok şey kattı bu vidyoyu en az 3 set yapıyorum günlükde 6.000 adımdan fazla atmaya çalışıyorum regli öncesi hariç ödemim eskisi gibi değil eskiden ayaklarım ağrırdı ayakta dursmazdım benim ödemimi bu kadar gerileten ve beni spor yapmaya teşvik eden bir vidyo oldu bu. Bacaklarımda 1 inçlik bir incelme var ama dediğim gibi ödemimin gerilemesi benim için çok çok daha önemliydi ben beslenmemede dikkat ettim ve bugün spor yapmayı seviyorum zorladığım günlerim oluyor ama sonunda iyileşmek var diyorum ve her setten sonra bileklerimin incelmesi beni motive ediyor. İnancınızı kaybetmeyın dişinizi biraz sıkın sonra kendiliğinden gelicek her şey

Türk var mı bilmiyorum ama bende başlıyorummm ~Sağ bacak: 57cm Sol bacak: 57cm~ 1. Gün✅️ Aşırı zordu benim için. Bacaklarımı şuan için hissetmiyorum. Ama kararlıyım uzun bir süre yapmayı deneyeceğim. 2. Gün✅️ Bugünde bitti. Dünden kalan ağrılarımla yaptığım için baya zordu. Ve çokta yapamadım bazı hareketleri. Ama pes etmek yok. 3.Gün✅️ Bugün de bitti. Artık hareketlere alıştığım için çok zor gelmiyor. 4.Gün✅️ Bugün de bitti. Hareketler o kadar zorlamıyor artık. Bacaklarım kaç cm inceldi çok merak ediyorum ama 7. güne kadar bekleyeceğim. Ama aşırı üşeniyorum artık. İnşallah 3 gün daha dayanırım.. 5. Gün✅️ Bugünde bittiii. Sonucu çok merak ediyorum. Son 2 gün. 2 gün sonra güzel bir sonuçla dönmek istiyorummmm 6. Gün✅️ Kaldı son 1 günnnn. 7. Gün✅️ Veeeeee bittiiiiii. Spordan sonra hemen ölçmek yanlış bir ölçüm olurmuş bir yerde okumuştum. Ondan dolayı bi 1 saat falan bekledikten sonra ölçüp buraya yazacağıımm. Vee eğer sizde bu egzersizi yapıyorsanız gerçekten pes etmeyin. Güzel şeyler zaman alırrr.. 1 saat sora görüşürüz Veeeee sonuçç ~Sağ bacak: 55cm Sol bacak: 55cm~ Açıkçası daha iyi bir sonuç bekliyordum. 2cm kötü değil evet ama hareketlerde kolay değildi. Hareketlere göre 3cm olabilirdi. Ama yine de kötü değil. İyi bir sonuç almak için en az 1 ay yapılması gerekiyor. Şuan bacağımda gözle görülür bi değişiklik yok. 1 ay sonunda gözle görülen bir değişiklik olabilir. Ben burada bırakmayacağım. Devam edicem edebildiğim yere kadar. Yine her hafta buraya gelip sonuçları sizinle paylaşırım. Umarım sizde kararlı bir şekilde devam edersiniz. Pes edeceğiniz zaman güzel bir sonuç düşünün ince bir bacağınızın olacağını falan. Bu sizi motive edecektir diye düşünüyorum. Görüşürüz ve fighting . 2 gün sonra tekrar başlıyorummm. Bu şekilde 1 Ay yapıcam ve her 7. Gün sonuçları paylaşacağımmm. 1. Gün✅️ 2. Gün✅️ 3. Gün✅️ 4.
