They’re hands down the best brand I have ever worked for and the fact that majority of their employees have been with them for years and years prove just that! A lot of brands I’ve worked with turn over staff like there’s no tomorrow because no one wants to keep working for them. That speaks volumes of their work environment and how well they treat their staff. If you’re referring to the fact that they recently were just backlogged so far with their orders after Black Friday etc, you also have to understand that they’re one of the fastest growing companies in the world right now and no one could predict just how well those sales would go for them. They have now 7 warehouses in Sydney and were getting THOUSANDS of orders a day during that period. I know for a fact the owners care about their customers and are trying their best to ensure it doesn’t happen again and they can be better equipped in future.

@@TarshaWhitmore I’m talking about my personal experience directly through them. It was horrible experience and I will never shop through them again and to see others still experiencing the same thing 3 years on is crazy. I appreciate your response and clarification however I myself and other peoples experience as a consumer has been horrific and I do not recommend after the way the treated me and my sister.

@@shayeh6174 I’m sorry you had a bad experience with them. They have strict return policies as do a lot of businesses, and these do need to be in place otherwise the business will just end up losing money. I have a business myself which isn’t even 0.0001% the same as what white fox would sell and even I get an overwhelming amount of emails daily and half of them are just people reaching out to collab so then other customers trying to return something just get lost in it all/missed and we won’t see them until they reach out again. No business is perfect but I have a few friends who order from WF consistently and have never had an issue! It’s unfortunate that some people do have issues sometimes but realistically considering they get thousands of orders a day, it’s bound to happen and as I said they’re trying their best! I don’t think any business owner wants to have these kinds of problems and I’m sure it stresses them out too

@@TarshaWhitmore they need state their policies a bit more clearer. My experience with them was going on for months and months, never in my life have I been spoken to the way their customer service was responding and I was contacted by several members of their team. Didn’t receive a credit for over 4 months and then it expired before I could even use it because their items are not worth the price they were at the time my credit was valid. I returned an item to the another company the same day I returned my item to White Fox and within 4 business days I had it returned and exchanged at the expensive of the business, that’s part of business. For them to pretty much excuse my sister of lying for trying to returned a faulty item is beyond me. With proof of photos showing how one side sits compared to the other, they need better quality check if we’re noticing this as a customer. Just the way we were spoken to was not professional, it’s all a learning curve and hopefully they have cleaned up their ethics finally
