UPDATE: I KNOW it's a software scaling issue in addition to the reduced dpi, please stop commenting on this. This is plainly obvious on difference between programs and image sources. I am using the official Zebra driver, silly me. I tried installing the Seagull driver but it will not detect my print and will not let me proceed. I DO get clean edge barcodes from my Zebra in my shipping program, but I have problem with the tight spacing on the Aus Post barcodes and small font on the DHL labels. The 300dpi printer fixes all of this.
