Funny thing is, it’s in the middle of a shipping and freight park. It’s an industrial area. This facility is a country club but instead of a golf course, it has a race track. Those big “homes” and lots sold to some members that put up massive garages with living quarters. You’re seeing where the ultra wealthy car enthusiasts around Chicago spend their money on. Every time I go there I feel dirt poor.
