Very Hot Parkrun at Corby during the Heatwave.. struggled to breath with the temperature..
a bit of drama near the end.. the kid was okay🙂
Come along... every Saturday at Westglebe Pavillion and 100% Free!!!
Walk, Jog, Run, or even Push a Pram or take the Dog...You will love it

@@kevindoherty01 absaloutly mate Tristan did well but got quite dizzy and had to stop bless him I ve started putting more training to hopefully improve and maybe give you a run for your money in a few years 😂😂😂

You did the right thing with Tristan.. better to be safe. Yes increase the easy mileage and you will come on in leaps and bounds🙂🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️💪🤜🤛
