@WhiskeyDogOutdoors, GREAT video! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Nice camp! When I used to fish - I haven't really fished since my uncle died - I was simple, a 6'6" spinning rod and a Red & White Daredevil Midget, Dardevle, Imp, & Huskie Devle. Those are the only 4 lures I have ever used and I have caught everything from sunfish, blue gill, walleye, crappie, trout, bass, pike, etc., along with the appropriate bait. I've had my Daredevils since 1972 when my uncle bought them for me. All of the hype over this lure and that lure has always made me laugh. Our ancestors caught fish with bone hooks/lures, and I've done this, too. Fish are either hungry or they're not, so they bite or they don't. It's pretty simple. THANK YOU for being honest in you AAR about the tent. It really irritates me when YT'ers try to make everything seem like rainbows and sunshine. People need to know the truth, instead of always having sunshine blown up their @$$. Sorry, my Kuma only gets raw bison, non-seasoned cooked chicken in OEVOO, and raw game meat that I or friends hunt. No fries.
Exactly! Fished with my dad growing up using his vintage tackle (he’s was born in 1919, passed in 1997) so he definitely wasn’t one to need the latest and greatest. And we always had fish on. He passed his tackle on to me when he passed. Unfortunately, it was stolen from a storage facility while there temporarily during one of my job moves. Thieves man, what I would do to them. Yeah it irritates me to visit a place, buy gear, etc that someone’s reviewed only to find out it was a total BS! So much of that out there these days.
@@whiskeydogoutdoors we ate there yesterday, had the hot hamburger, thank you! and she asked, as I was paying for our meal, "are you the guy I asked if you ever braid your beard? I thought it may have been you!😆
