This method of heat fitment and water cooling is wrong, water cooling will crack the pulley and possibly damage the shaft the other method of allowing it to air cool could cause heat and weakening of the winding coils in the rotor. The best method would be to use a taper lock or a ring lock and both are cold fittings with better grip and protection!
Ah yes, chinesium engineering! Pouring water on something hot that would easily cool otherwise as well! So it will get those fine hairline cracks and those warps that are necessary for quality!

got news for these guys... it's called heat / shrink or heat / fit, not hot tightening. You don't use grease. You use a light coating of machine oil.... and never water cool afterwards.

Смазкой мазать вал - мы начали ещё в СССР. И продолжаем это делать, когда одеваем полумуфты и шкивы на валы двигателя и " поросёнка". Только водой охлаждать нельзя!

It's called an interference fit, the pulley's i.d. is slightly smaller than the shaft's o.d. The worker expands the pulley's bore by heating it, easily slips it on the shaft, and cools it. The bar inserted on the shaft is called a key.

@@chuk2269 нет. Если подмоторная плита и подвижна, то исключительно для натяжения ремней на шкивах (пазы в плите и винты-натяжители). В другом направлении она никуда не двигается.
@@m4pw нет, мотор тоже имеет подвижность. Ну я рамы эти делал и делаю. Как заказы появляются ну и в КБ ране был. И сам мотор и плита подвигается натяг езе порой лен вцем обеспечивают. Конструкционных решений много. Ну а китай часто уже ерунду не делает . Кадры он кует свои, что про нас не скажешь.:/

а кто сказал что это чугун? на нём что написано? для разных целей шкивы делаются из разных сплавов... в условиях перепроизводства и дешевизны - сгорел двигатель, проще новый поставить. это ГОНКОНГ ! Мы же по старинке всё пытаемся восстановить, отремонтировать, У НИХ таких ПРОБЛЕМ НЕТ . ставь новый и пошёл дальше, остальное на металлолом. Кстати многие наши (в частности российские строительные компании) используют китайскую технику, и оборудование "НА СЕЗОН ". оправдала себя и даже если она на ходу - под металлолом. это уже давно известно. СОЗДАНИЕ сервисов для обслуживания и ремонта техники обходится ДОРОЖЕ покупки новой. так что для КРУПНЫХ компаний где важна скорость и мобильности всё нормально😊😊😊👍 и такие мелочи как двигатель для них ничего не стоят😅
Emery bore to remove burrs and rust scale to restore to an interference fit rather than a press fit and or draw onto shaft with an end bolt. Cold shocking the pulley is not a very good idea. It is understandable why it was done but not a good practice.
That had to be a cast steel pulley, and not a cast iron pulley. Cast iron would’ve busted right through the weakest point which is the keyway as soon as you started dripping water on it. Myself, I would’ve drip the water on the shaft to preserve the bearing in the motor and let the pulley cool on its own. safe, not sorry .
This is wrong method of pour water on heated pulley....Will damage both pulley and motor....Pulley hub will be heated and inserted into pulley and allow it to cool
There is a lot more going on here than what you see. I've done this work for many years... the pully may not be cast for one. The temp should be about 300 f, the shaft will absorb this heat but by the time the heat reaches the motor bearing it will be greatly reduced. Bearings can be heated to 250 without damage. So a little air on the pully and shaft ,good to go. Interference fit is strongest connection...
Поясню как токарь. Посадка на вал эл двигателя делается по скользящей с припуском от 2 до 5 соток в зависимости от диаметра вала и фиксируется шпонкой.
Это маркетинговый ход, увеличения объёма продаж.👍 Затраты на демонтаж высокие (надо будет греть, сьемник с гидроцылиндром, а так же замена подшипников) для производства это простой оборудования, его просто меняют на запасной такой же 😅. Вообщем контора в схеме. БиЗнэс работает🎉
Это называется китайский одноразовый эл.двигатели. Сволочи это специально делают, что потом не ремонтировали, просто купили новые. Ещё крышу двигателя сажают на герметику, потом попробуй снимать....
