Congrats on your grail peice! I also missed the HT 1.0 Batmobile, I was pleased when they announced the release of 2.0. Mine is still in the box along with 30 other Hot Toys and Threezero figures still in the box. I need to rearrange the room to make it work. I'm just being lazy to be honest but I still continue to buy.
Shout out to Lifetime tables for supporting this Batmobile! Seriously though I think this looks perfect! I never really liked the super long aesthetic on this and especially the drastically long animated Batmobile. This looks much better in my opinion. Congrats on owning a grail piece!
Awesome video! I would love to see a short of the McFarlane 89 up against the hot toyz for size comparison. I have the McFarlane and this Hot toy one on layaway. I'm trying to get a idea of how much bigger it really is. Thinking about dumping the McFarlane one.
Awesome congrats! Don't bother Jazzinc, what you got is great. You don't have to try hard to open the canopy, there are instructions provided to do so, where you can also put the small metal rod in the cover and to the back. I am not sure if the Keaton figure can really be bent to that extend to make it sit inside. Better try the cheap Spinmaster's version :)
700 is still too much for me I guess I'll just have to be content with my McFarlane 89 Batmobile I'll just have to hope they'll do a more movie accurate one with two seats 🙄
As long as you're happy with it, it doesn't matter that Jazzinc's version may be more accurate. It's more accurate and extremely limited but it comes with a premium price and shipping will be over $250 to the U.S. It's a shame, though, that Hot Toys didn't take the opportunity of this re-issue to put in a USB alternative to the power source.
Bad ass review man! Mine arrives tomorrow... I can't wait. Everyone's all about Jazzinc, but to tell you the truth, I'm not spending that type of money to impress someone else. And how often is one going to use all the features it comes with? I have The Batman Premium Format Statue, and I just have it on display. I NEVER display it with the lights on...The owner of Jazzinc said in an interview that there were like 4 or 5 stunt cars and he wasn't sure which one Hot Toys used, but he still loved the Hot Toys Batmobile. It's still quite impressive! I'm happy for you bro! It's a dream come true for me! Cheers!
I can tell you that if I went to two different houses, one with an HT B-Mobile and the other with a Jazzinc, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. That's why most videos have them side by side for the slight size comparison, which I agree isn't worth the price. You figure the base $1500 + $260 for shipping + Tax could have it sitting close to $2K. It makes sense that the cars could be a bit different as there are multiple licensed life-size replicas for promotions and amusement parks. I just got mine yesterday and I'm really happy. Really, anyone would be lucky to own the Hot Toys or the Jazzinc version, and this is coming from somebody that started with the McFarlane Batmobile.
@@MrRawnch That is one hell of a way to put it! Absolutely well said! I love it! Jazzinc doesn't even cross my mind when I'm admiring it! It is bad ass!!!
Congrats for the grial! I'll be a proud owner of this one in the near future. Also don't risk your Hot Toys figure trying to fit it in. In case you've missed it, Jazzinc is about to release a Batman figure accessory for both Batmobiles versions: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-a3w5W7OWMcw.html.
